Elected by the SC General Assembly to two consecutive six-year terms as a member of The Citadel Board of Visitors, the governing board of the college. Held positions as Chairman of Buildings and Grounds, Athletics, Strategic Planning, Honorary Degree, Special Recognition, Executive, and External Affairs Committees. Elected by the membership as the Vice Chairman from 2009-2013. Also a member of the Daniel Fund Trustees committee. Vice Chairman of The Citadel Football Stadium rebuilding committee.
"Monthly Mess Facts" is an opportunity for Citadel Supporters in Charleston to come together and share current information about the School, stories about how it used to be, networking and enjoy a good time liked minded Charlestonians! It's a good time all around and it's in your backyard... Come on out!
