Rules and Terms of Use

*********As a registered account in this database, all email addresses and phone numbers provided may receive email, phone call and SMS (Text Messages) communications from time to time to inform you of upcoming events and other efforts of the Club. You are entitled to opt in or opt out of any of these methods of communication through your account page.*********
  1. Membership last for one (1) calendar year and unless, otherwise stated in writing, will run from the date you join through the end of that year.
  2. Some events are free to everyone, other events are free to members or have a fee dependent on your membership status and level.
  3. Everyone should register with our system regardless of membership status so that they might stay informed on Club activities.
  4. All members must be approved by the Board.

  6. ALL ACCESS MEMBERSHIP LEVEL

    1. This Membership includes a FREE Registration for All Events*, one registration per Member.

    2. Guests can be registered by members at the "Members Price." 

    3. "At the Door" pricing applies to all events which are NOT registered for in advance. These events will NOT be included in your membership fee, please be sure to register at least one (1) week in advance, where possible.

    4. *Charity Gala and Certain Special Events not included.

Membership is OPEN to everyone, REGARDLESS of relationship to The Citadel*

You will received automated phone calls, SMS messages, Facebook Messages, emails and regular mail through our database system and multiple other systems. You are able to OPT OUT of these different methods of communication by either sending the Club a written request asking to removed from ALL future communications or specifically listing those methods which you would like discontinued. 

Our database system also offers a built in unsubscribe option for emails ONLY - this option ONLY unsubscribe your account from email communication coming directly from our database program.
