SPEAKER INFORMATION - REQUIREMENTS AND STANDARD REQUESTS

The Citadel Club of Charleston supports our community, help us make our events and efforts even better through your support and presentation! One of our primary goals is to bring good information to The Citadel community through our events and speakers.

SPEAKERS: Please let us know as soon as possible or at least 4 weeks prior to your speaking engagement what your presentation requires. Will you need:
  1. Projector
  2. Screen
  3. Computer with Microsoft PowerPoint
  4. Computer without software
  5. Internet access for video, audio or to access your presentation from an online platform like Prezi
  6. Public Address System - Microphone and Speakers
  7. Sound system for Music
  8. Lectern, Podium or Dais

Please submit, to the email address below, your bio and any information that you wish us to publicize as soon as possible for addition to our email and SMS announcements. Links to videos or articles related to your presentation are very helpful.

Please support your club by coming to our great events! Your help is appreciated by all those that you help to support!

This Sponsorship program is design to help local organizations connect with members of the club and to help support club operations in an effort to expand our charitable contributions. The club’s gatherings include the following:

  • Monthly Alumni Breakfasts – held at the Holiday Alumni Center, attendance 30-75
  • Mess Facts – Quarterly meetings held at various locations in Charleston vicinity, attendance 30-150
  • Annual Oyster Roast – Attendance of over, attendance 100-160
  • Muster – Solemn Ceremony to Commemorate those alumni that have passed away this year, attendance 150-300
  • Preknob Dinner – Introduce yourself to our newest Citadel family members, attendance 90-190
  • Bulldog Boil – Annual event kicking off the new school year, attendance 300-500
  • Home Football Tailgates – Tailgates begin 2 hours before each home game, attendance 150-300

Sponsorships Levels: Senior Private Supporter — $250

  • Logo and Slogan Ad on the website
  • Logo Ad on the Sponsors Banner

Guidon Event Sponsor — $750 (includes Senior Private Level)

  • Logo and Slogan Ad on the event registration page and on all event notification emails and communications
  • Opportunity to address attendees and introduce your organization
  • Multiple Event Registrations are included for your guests
  • Logo and Slogan Ad on the website
  • Logo on the Sponsors Banner (displayed on-site during event)

Gold Star Annual Sponsor — $2,000

  • Ad on the website in the bottom banner
  • Stationary ad on the home page
  • Listing on all emails from the club
  • Logo on the fully, professionally wrapped billboard that is the Citadel Club trailer
  • Ad on the Sponsors Banner (Premier Placement)
